Thank you for shopping with Daman Clothing LLC. We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality apparel. Please review our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped or made available for pickup from Utah, United States.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Daman Clothing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Daman Clothing LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If an order has not yet shipped, customers should contact us immediately if they need to update their shipping information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first.

You may also contact us at hello@damanclothing.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier's investigation. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages lost or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered during checkout, customers will receive instructions by email once their order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be collected within a reasonable period after notification.

Customers may be required to present a valid photo ID and proof of purchase at pickup.


Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and inventory management, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Color expectations

  • Style preference

  • Accidental purchases

  • Gift returns

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or

  • Incorrect because of an error on our part,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

If we determine that the product is defective or that an incorrect item was shipped, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • replace the item (subject to availability),

  • issue a store credit, or

  • provide a refund if a replacement is not reasonably available.


Normal Wear and Misuse

Our defect policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

  • Altered or modified products

  • Damage occurring after delivery that is not the result of a manufacturing defect


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect address provided during checkout may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Policy Updates

Daman Clothing LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. The Effective Date at the top of this policy indicates the latest revision.
